Conspiracy (Indictable)

This is an agreement between 2 or more people to commit a criminal offence. This can relate to any offence but usually occurs in relation to offences of violence or dishonesty.

Attempt (Depends on offence to which attempt relates)

This is the attempt by someone to commit a criminal offence without actually succeeding.
