Prison Visits

Prison Visits

Under the current Public Funding remuneration arrangements we are generally not able to visit clients in Prison unless your case turns out to be complex or serious (or if we can arrange a visit at the same time as we are at the Prison on other business). We will therefore take your full instructions in one or more of the following ways:

  • At Court
  • By video link (if available)
  • By correspondence
  • By telephone (if possible)
