Confidentiality
All your affairs are confidential within the firm. This means that any information we have obtained from you will not be revealed to any third party without your permission. However, in any publicly funded case, the Legal Services Commission will be given information about you for monitoring purposes. Also, they are entitled to reveal information about your finances to other departments in order to protect public funds, or where this is lawfully required.
